We are residents and business owners dedicated to strengthening our community, improving quality of life and building civic involvement in the Old Fourth Ward of Atlanta.

Fourth Ward Neighbors is one of the four neighborhood groups within the Old Fourth Ward. Collectively, the four make up NPU-M (Neighborhood Planning Unit M), one of 25 NPUs in Atlanta.

Our neighborhood boundaries are by Freedom Parkway on the north, the Beltline on the east, DeKalb Avenue/Decatur Street on the south and Boulevard on the west.
